We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our clients operations in Malaga. Start ASAP in this daytime hybrid role (mix of office and remote work).What youll do You will provide frontline support and ensure clients get the help they need, working across multiple systems and projects. Your tasks will include Providing technical troubleshooting and support for advanced energy storage and smart charging products. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, clear, and timely assistance. Guiding clients and installers through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way. Logging, tracking, and following up on incidents to ensure efficient resolution. Coordinating with internal teams and other specialists to handle complex issues. Supporting clients during high-demand periods and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Who were looking for Fluent in Swedish. Flexible, adaptable, and able to switch between clients and tasks efficiently. Self-driven, independent, and confident when handling direct client communication. Excellent communicator, able to adjust tone depending on the client or situation. Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of complex cases.
