Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for the prediction markets platformDesign a go-to-market and scaling plan from MVP to full market adoptionIdentify core user segments (retail, advanced traders, institutions) and tailor product features accordinglyBenchmark and analyze competitors (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket, traditional derivatives exchanges)Lead the design of prediction market mechanics: market structures, settlement rules, market resolution processes, liquidity incentives and market depth strategiesCollaborate with quantitative and trading teams on: market creation frameworks, pricing logic and risk constraintsEnsure clarity, simplicity, and fairness in market rulesTranslate strategy into clear product requirements (PRDs) and execution plansOwn backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teamsDrive MVP launch and iterative product improvements based on data and user feedbackDefine success metrics (liquidity, volume, retention, market accuracy)Work closely with legal and compliance teams to: ensure product design aligns with regulatory requirements, translate regulatory constraints into product and UX decisions, participate in regulator-driven product discussions when neededRequirements Excellent written and verbal communication in English3+ years of Product Management experience, with senior ownership of complex productsStrong experience in financial markets, trading platforms, exchanges, or fintechDirect exposure to prediction markets, derivatives, sports betting, or crypto markets is a strong plusExperience building 0→1 products or major platform redesignsDeep understanding of: market mechanics, liquidity concepts, order books / AMMs / pricing modelsAbility to think strategically while executing at a detailed levelStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetNice to have: Knowledge of budgets, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaborationNice to Have Experience working with regulators (CFTC, exchange licensing, or similar)Background in economics, finance, or quantitative fieldsExperience launching products in regulated or compliance-heavy industriesFamiliarity with liquidity incentive models and market-making programsBenefits 23 working days of vacation per year6 sick days without a doctor's noteMedical insuranceBirthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrationsModern offices with snacks and all the essentialsSocial Club and more than 50 events per year - coming soonBreakfasts and lunches in the office (partially covered)Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered)Bold moves start here.
