We are expanding our team and have a thrilling job opportunity for a User Experience Designer who will drive the evolution, adoption, and governance of a design system with multiple products. What are your responsibilities going to be? • Own and evolve the design system libraries in Figma, ensuring clarity, quality, and scalability • Define, maintain, and implement design tokens using Token Studio (or similar tools) • Partner with developers to connect design tokens and components to code • Document guidelines, usage principles, and best practices for product teams • Ensure consistency and adoption of the design system across products and platforms • Work on experiences that increase the value and usability of the design system • Document guidelines and usage principles for designers • Integrate accessibility best practices into all aspects of the system • Audit products and guide migrations into the design system • Benchmark against industry-leading design systems to keep practices up-to- date What qualifications are needed? • Strong background in product design or UX with deep expertise in design systems • Fluent English • Advanced proficiency in Figma (libraries, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, documentation) • Hands-on experience in managing design tokens (Token Studio or similar) • Understanding of multi-platform ecosystems (Web, i OS, Android, and specialized UIs) • Familiarity with component-to-code workflows (React or similar), and collaboration with developers • Experience operating in large-scale environments with multiple products and teams • Ability to operate autonomously and manage priorities in complex contexts • Proactive in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for system What do we offer? • You will have the chance to bring your expertise, enthusiasm, and people skills, and shape the way we transform the business (and lives) of our clients, partners, and society • You will be trusted and encouraged to take decisions and smart risks, and have a significant impact on our future development • You will be surrounded by other highly performing team members and will have the chance to grow and scale with us • You will become part of a thrilling and collaborative environment where you will be able to share your ideas and gain insightful feedback • You will enjoy the flexibility and be able to keep the balance between your personal and professional life and focus on what's important If you are interested in this offer, please send us your CV and a portfolio.
