About The RoleWe are looking for an extraordinary BI Developer to help build the financial system of tomorrow. You will be responsible for gathering information, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on established business and operation KPIs, offerings, and initiatives. You will serve a critical role as a trusted business advisor to one of our internal departments. Responsibilities Build and maintain operational and product KPI definitions out of high-level business requirements Support team members and stakeholders with clear documentation and ability to drill-down and explain metrics, dimensions and KPIs. Ensure data consistency and accuracy by defining and executing QA automation and reconciliation processes Build analytical and statistical data models to provide additional research and insights based on high-level business requirements Translate business needs into technical requirements for reporting or data warehouse enhancements Train stakeholders on understanding and using the BI tools as a self-service Create data tools for business departments that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader Contribute to the overall BI and data strategy for the department and potentially the wider organization. Lead and manage complex, cross-functional BI projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in a similar role Strong data analytical background Experience with BI reporting tools - preferably Tableau Experience defining requirements for Software or Data Engineers Experience designing and running SQL queries, mapping and reconciling data sources, and tracing data issues.
