What sets us apart is our in-depth understanding of each partner (being their best influencer), addressing not only their needs but also capturing their essence.We are currently looking for a Digital Talent Recruiter for a temporary project of 2 months (until the end of May), with immediate availability for joining.Let me know if you'd like any further changesRole :Own the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process: from kicking off a new search, job description development, building an evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates.Advertisement of vacancies.Headhunting.Qualification and interview of candidates.Be the owner and responsible of the whole recruiting process in contact directly with the partners (founders, CEO, hiring managers or management team).Development of own network of candidates.Maintaining professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.Follow-up with candidates / partners.Interview's reports.Monitor and coordinate the operative with the team of recruiters.We need :Availability to start immediately until the end of May.2 years Experience as Digital talent acquisition partner.Passionate about new technologies, digital and people.Easy-going and hands-on personality.Someone who is comfortable contacting with people and excellent with communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people.You are a highly organized and methodical person.You speak excellent Spanish & English (Catalan is a plus).You are living in Spain.We offer :Temporary contract for 2 months with the possibility of joining other projects.To work in one of the most known Talent Consultancy in IT & Digital.Remote work.The chance to work for a dynamic and fast-growing start-up company where you can make the difference.We provide you a career plan according your profile.Internal career advisor.Fridays from 9 to 3pm.Team building every 3 months.Attractive benefits: Salary + fee (according to goals).Ready for the challenge?
