Overview We are seeking a technically skilled Aftermarket Sales Engineer, reporting primarily to the LNG Manager, to manage and grow our aftermarket business across Spain and Portugal. This role focuses on sales of spare parts, field service, repairs, and upgrades for cryogenic pumps and systems, primarily in LNG segment. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying service needs, and supporting the full sales process from inquiry to order. Collaboration with our internal service, engineering, and logistics teams is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and regional growth. The eligible candidate must be located in Spain. Responsibilities Territory Management: Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory (Spain and Portugal), maintain a robust pipeline, negotiate sale agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understand customer needs, and maximize value from these relationships. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services to demonstrate value, respond to inquiries, and address concerns. Market Research: Conduct and analyze regional market research to understand the competition, customer preferences, and identify new opportunities. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the regional market to drive growth. Sales Reporting: Track, record, and compile sales performance data (e.g., in Salesforce) to forecast future sales. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments such as marketing and operations to achieve objectives and enhance the client experience. Customer Service: Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally. Sales Training: Attend and potentially lead sales training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations to potential and existing clients with tailored product solutions. Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and finalize contracts and agreements. Brand Ambassador: Represent and promote the company\'s values and products at industry events and trade shows. Industry Monitoring: Monitor changes within the industry and report to management. Portfolio Promotion: Promote all NCEIG NCS products, follow up, and share sales leads internally. CRM Documentation: Record activities in the CRM program (Salesforce). Other duties as assigned in line with objectives. Qualifications Experience in industrial or technical sales (preferably in cryogenics, pumps, or related equipment). Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (required). Other languages are a plus. Bachelor/Master\'s degree in Technical Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is advantageous. 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Ability to work well with team members at all levels; tenacity and a proactive, results-driven attitude. Leadership qualities and the ability to contribute to team spirit. Proven experience in sales and customer service; proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; effective time management and ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in major projects or transactions; ability to read and understand bid/proposal specifications from technical and commercial perspectives. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies; flexibility to travel. Location Spain (remote work allowed where applicable; must be located in Spain).
