OverviewDu bist Digital Consultant (alle Geschlechter) und übernimmst die strategische Beratung und operative Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei digitalen Transformationsprojekten. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team erarbeitest Du Systemempfehlungen für moderne IT-Landschaften bestehend aus PIM, CRM, CMS und/oder Marketing-Automation unter Berücksichtigung digitaler Trends und Entwicklungen.ResponsibilitiesStillstand gibt es bei Dir nicht. Als Denkpartner:in, Impulsgeber:in und Innovationstreiber:in strebst Du die individuell beste Lösung für unsere Kund:innen an.Wir arbeiten ganzheitlich, von der Projektplanung bis hin zur Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung. Während des gesamten Prozesses bist Du Ansprechpartner:in für Deine Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen und unterstützt bei der Projektumsetzung im Sinne eines Proof of concept.Du schaffst Transparenz im Projektverlauf und befähigst Kund:innen Hindernisse selbstständig aufzulösen.QualificationsDu bist ein Teamplayer, hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills auf Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst Dich im Austausch mit anderen auf Augenhöhe.Dank Deiner Erfahrungen in der Begleitung von Digitalprojekten bist Du bereit bei uns als Digital Consultant (m/w/d) durchzustarten.Dabei konntest Du Dir ein Verständnis für (Multi-)Plattform Orchestration und Administration, sowie API-Management und Security aufbauen.Agile Methoden, Change Management, Projektmanagement und kreative Workshopmethoden wie Design Thinking gehören zu Deinen Kompetenzen, die Du durch Deine Hands-on-Mentalität im Daily Business unter Beweis stellst.Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit der Umsetzung von Web-, Cloud-Native, Data-, RPA- oder kognitiven Plattformen inkl.
