MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Recording "classic" or direct debit invoices (Engie, ERS, Orange, Triomphe) Validating expense reports Classifying supplier invoices received in the generic inbox: rejecting invoices received more than 15 days old or without a purchase order Preparing settlement campaigns for specific companies REQUIRED PROFILE Diploma in accounting 2 years of experience in a company (real estate or non-real estate) or accounting firm Good written and oral skills in Italian Experience with SAP required Personal skills: Analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills WHY JOIN KLÉPIERRE?
