If you’re looking for an exciting challenge and the chance to grow your career, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Technical and Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring proper understanding by the development team. Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization. Development Support: Accompany the technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing functional or technical questions and ensuring correct implementation of requirements. System and Architecture Analysis: Understand system architecture, component dependencies, and integrations with other services or APIs. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (diagrams, data flows, specifications). Active Participation in Scrum: Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives), contributing to requirement clarity and prioritization. Incident and Improvement Management: Analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and coordinate their resolution with the team. Quality and Best Practices: Promote good analysis, design, and documentation practices within the team to enhance efficiency and traceability. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred. Fluency in English (at least B2). Fluency in German is preferred. Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred. Strong team player with experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams. Ability to understand integrations, data flows, and API specifications. Understanding of systems architecture and development concepts (no programming required). Analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high‑impact solutions. Experience with Scrum, actively participating in ceremonies and defining user stories and acceptance criteria. Preferred Skills At least 2‑4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong background in agile environments. Experience in the banking sector, especially with asset management systems. Proficiency in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to inform business decisions. Business process analysis and visualization of requirements. Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies in an agile framework. Strong team player, quick thinker, results‑oriented, adaptive, proactive communicator, well‑organized, and attentive to time management.
