We find solutions and carry out testing in a digital environment, leveraging data analytics to manage conduct risk effectively.We’re seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise our Talent department on compliance requirements, controls, and infrastructure, focusing on Fitness and Propriety (F&P) Process and Employee/HR Compliance.ResponsibilitiesAdvise the business on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and improve existing infrastructure.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for F&P and Employee/HR Compliance.Provide solutions to compliance issues.Act as stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD Compliance teams.Use data analytics to advise business areas and ensure positive outcomes.Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders, including Board level.Interpret regulations and assess their business implications.Identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend remedies.Participate in committees reviewing People Initiatives from a Compliance perspective.RequirementsExperience in regulatory compliance, especially with FCA, PRA, or similar regulators.Deep understanding of fitness and propriety regulations, with hands-on experience conducting F&P checks for SMFs, MRTs, and key personnel.Knowledge of Employee Compliance topics such as conflicts of interest, market abuse, and gifts.Experience in a top-tier financial institution or consultancy.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to take on new challenges.We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds to enrich our multicultural team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
