Join to apply for the Senior Architect role at Broadway Malyan .We are looking for a SENIOR ARCHITECT with a minimum of 10 years of experience, able to lead large‑scale projects through Concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phases, coordinating internal and external teams and managing client relationships.A combination of creative abilities and technical knowledge will be appreciated. Experience in retail, shopping centres and mixed‑use projects is valuable. Command of English, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office is essential. Hand‑drawing skills are an advantage.ResponsibilitiesLead large‑scale projects from concept through to finished delivery.Coordinate internal and external teams and maintain client relationships.Manage design process, schedule workflow and outputs.Deliver high‑quality designs aligned with the company’s ethos and vision.Support business development and client‑facing presentations.Produce project documentation and presentations.Travel as required.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of architectural experience.Experience in retail, shopping centres and mixed‑use projects.Fluency in Spanish and English.Residence in Madrid.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.Strong graphic and verbal presentation skills.Project and team running experience.Commercial awareness and knowledge of Spanish Building Regulations.Self‑motivated, proactive, team player with a positive attitude.Ability to travel.About UsBroadway Malyan is a global architecture, urbanism and design practice dedicated to creating cities, buildings and places that provide a lasting legacy.
