In this role you will help transform business operations by delivering strategic digitalisation and AI initiatives.ResponsibilitiesContribute to projects delivering global impact.Partner with senior stakeholders, applying business‑analysis skills to solve key business problems.Expand your Digitalization & AI skill set using the team’s tools and cross‑functional knowledge across banking, strategy, and soft skills.QualificationsProven experience (3‑6 years) with a top‑tier consulting firm (associate/project manager level) or a successful track record as a business analyst within a large corporate, ideally a banking institution.Above‑average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, economics or engineering.Drive and energy to build impactful solutions for complex business problems.Demonstrated ability in managing tasks and initiatives.Excellent analytical‑conceptual skills, strong storytelling, structured & results‑driven approach, and ability to get things done.Competence in data wrangling, data modelling and data analysis.Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.Strong senior stakeholder management.Highly motivated, hardworking and a desire to continuously learn new skills and systematically improve.Knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI tools and platforms is a plus.Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse culture.Job DetailsJob Type: Full TimeJob Reference #: BRCity: MadridAbout UBSUBS is a leading global wealth manager and the leading universal
