Now, we are looking for a Scheduler in our offices in Spain.

What is the role About?

As a scheduler at Group IPS, you will ensure that projects run efficiently by providing professional-level program management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform planning of all high-level projects using Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.
  
• Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement and construction teams, with the objective of meeting deadlines.
  
• Providing coordination and monitoring for the entire duration of a project (from start to finish).
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, OR related field.
  
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) is highly desirable.
  
• A Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 for managing complex projects.
  
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, including creating and managing detailed schedules.
  
• Strong Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques and risk management.
  
• Ability to integrate Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems (ERP, HR, etc.).
  
• Candidate available for immediate incorporation.
  
• Ability to analyze performance data and generate accurate reports.
  
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders.
  
• Travel availability.
