Senior Design Engineer – GetafeWe are looking for a Senior Design Engineer in Getafe.ResponsibilitiesDesign and modeling of primary and secondary aircraft structures using steel and composite materials.Ensure manufacturability, tolerancing, and design compliance with aerospace standards.Use 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, and ENOVIA VPM to manage and deliver design work.Collaborate with stress engineers, manufacturing teams, and certification engineers.Create and review technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.Participate in design reviews and support continuous improvement in design methodologies.Deliver designs in alignment with project schedules and quality targets.RequirementsAbout youYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or are a qualified CAD Design Technician.You have 10+ years of senior-level experience in the design of aerospace.You have deep expertise in steel and composite structural design, manufacturing methods, and tolerancing.You are fluent in English and Spanish.Mandatory skillsExpertise in 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, and ENOVIA VPM.Strong understanding of aerospace design standards, GD&T, and design-for-manufacture principles.Proven collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams in aerospace development projects.Added ValueExperience working with OEMs or Tier 1 aerospace suppliers.Familiarity with configuration management and PLM systems.Mastered ToolsCAD: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPMPersonalityDetail‑oriented, methodical, and highly collaborative.Able to manage complex deliverables under tight deadlines.Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and team success.BenefitsStrategic career progression with international mobility opportunities.Advanced training and leadership development in high‑profile aerospace programs.Empowering team culture with direct impact and cross‑functional collaboration and more.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level.Employment type: Full‑time.Location: Getafe, Community of Madrid, Spain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
