This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle—from pre-project planning, through execution, to post-project support—while maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering continuous excellence. The manager will oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, financial oversight, and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Before the Project: Work closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into actionable plans. Develop detailed project timelines and budgets. Assist in contract negotiations and ensure clarity on deliverables. Based on the agreed scope and budget, resource the project: help build the JDs, kick off the recruitment process if needed. During the Project: Lead the project kickoff, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders. Oversee daily project activities and ensure that the team adheres to timelines. Manage resources effectively to ensure the right mix of skills for the project. Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their needs are addressed. After the Project: Ensure all project deliverables are completed and meet quality standards. Oversee the formal project handover and transition. Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Manage project closeout activities, including final financial reconciliations. Client Engagement: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding project scope. Work with the sales and engineering teams to explore new business opportunities. Stay informed about client business changes and adjust project strategies accordingly. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track and report weekly on key project metrics such as revenue and profitability. Regularly update senior management on project progress and financials. Analyze outcomes and performance to implement process improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, ideally in a global product/service delivery or consulting environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and client management skills. Familiarity with financial oversight, budgeting, and resource management. Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvements.
