You’ll work alongside our Content team, other designers and copywriters, producing assets for e‑commerce from concept through to final artwork, and contributing to the growth of the Luzern Group’s Content offering. You’ll be proactive, well‑organised and adept at handling tight deadlines across multiple projects in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.You should have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to understand brands and accurately represent them on marketplaces. An interest in e‑commerce and marketplace industry trends will be beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative assets for Amazon and other e‑commerce platforms, from concept to final artworkTranslate client briefs into engaging, on‑brand visual contentManage your own workload and prioritise effectively across multiple projectsCollaborate with the Content Manager and team to deliver high‑quality, timely workCommunicate design ideas and feedback clearly to internal stakeholders and clientsMaintain consistency and attention to detail across all outputsProactively identify issues or dependencies and raise them earlyStay current with design trends, marketplace standards, and UX best practicesProvide feedback and guidance to junior designers or freelancersConduct or support training sessions in Adobe Creative Suite for the teamExperienceAdobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Required)E‑commerce design: 2 years (Required)Amazon Content: 1 year (Preferred)LanguageEnglish (Required)Work LocationBarcelona, office days Tues – Thurs.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of hands‑on experience designing for Amazon (e.g., A+ content, Storefronts, PDP imagery)Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential due to the nature of briefs and client communicationStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience producing content for digital or e‑commerce platformsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsExcellent time‑management and prioritisation skillsHigh attention to visual detail, layout, and brand alignmentProactive mindset and strong problem‑solving abilitiesCollaborative team player, yet self‑sufficient in executionPreferred QualificationsPortfolio showcasing relevant Amazon and e‑commerce design workDesign‑related qualificationBenefitsAt Luzern, our people come first.
