Overview We are looking for a Radio Optimization Consultant with extensive technical and strategic experience to lead projects focused on validating and optimizing mobile networks.Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on radio access technologies and industry best practices.Design and implement optimization strategies for new site deployments, swaps, and capacity expansions.Identify areas for improvement in mobile networks and propose innovative, customized solutions.Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.Conduct advanced performance analysis and optimization of VoLTE, LTE/NR, and network capacity.Configure and fine-tune handover parameters, frequencies, neighbors, power, and load balancing.Utilize advanced tools such as Assistant, TIMS, XCAL, and OSS platforms for data monitoring and analysis.Validate and deploy new features and technologies in radio networks.Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Minimum Requirements MSc or BSc in Telecommunications Engineering.Strong problem‑solving skills.Advanced analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to effectively plan and organize projects.High‑level English proficiency.What We Offer Project‑based contract with the option for renewal.
