This is an exciting opportunity to further develop PE across the whole school, inspiring students to explore their creativity and sporting acumen, build confidence, and achieve academic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Deliverengaging, high-quality PE lessons to students aged 5 to 18, includingGCSE.Assessment and Feedback: Use assessment data effectively to monitor student progress, provide detailed feedback, and set targets for improvementEmbedthe ELIS Values — Respect, Care, Perseverance, Honesty, and Kindness —into all aspects of teaching, learning, and wider school life.Useassessment data effectively to monitor student progress, providing timelysupport and challenge to maximise individual potential.Promotestudent wellbeing and resilience, contributing to the delivery of theCognita Be Well Charter.Playan active role in the wider life of the school through co-curricularactivities, events, and enrichment opportunities.Ideal Qualifications:A degree and a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
