This role blends digital strategy customer onboarding and performance consulting giving you the opportunity to work closely with companies that are shaping the future of their industries. Youll help them establish strong foundations in paid advertising by guiding them through platform capabilities campaign structures and best practices for scalable growth.As the primary point of contact during onboarding youll combine marketing expertise with a commercial mindset. Youll support clients in understanding how to maximize campaign performance while identifying opportunities for strategic expansion. Your work will help businesses make informed data-driven decisions and strengthen their long-term engagement with the platform.ResponsibilitiesOnboard new clients and guide them through platform setup digital strategy and performance fundamentals.Build and structure PPC campaigns using best practices for targeting bidding creatives and conversion tracking.Analyze business goals and digital funnels to propose tailored advertising approaches.Provide ongoing consultation to improve campaign performance maximize ROI and refine digital marketing strategy.Conduct outbound calls to engage new clients highlight key features and recommend relevant solutions.Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or adoption of advanced tools based on client needs and objectives.Share insights on platform updates audience trends and optimization techniques.Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and ensure smooth onboarding lifecycle.Support clients in integrating automation AI features and smart bidding strategies into their marketing processes.RequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience.C2 German and English.Background in marketing or salesExperience with customer interaction consulting or campaign management.Ability to work independently while delivering strong outcomes.Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven communication approaches.Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and presenting strategic insights.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proactive mindset goal-focused and adaptable in dynamic environments.Additional Skills for the German MarketUnderstanding of German digital marketing behaviors and regional nuances.Awareness of local business etiquette and communication styles.Knowledge of GDPR and its implications for advertising strategies.Ability to discuss ROI attribution and platform integrations with confidence.Strength in building trust with stakeholders in data-sensitive contexts.BenefitsFull-time hybrid role based in Barcelona (2 days on-site / 3 remote).Referral program available.Relocation package: flight to Barcelona 1 month in a studio apartment 600 EUR assistance .Private health insurance.Ongoing training certifications and strong internal growth opportunities.Supportive environment with coaching and regular engagement activities.Modern office in the World Trade Center Barcelona.Diverse inclusive and welcoming workplace culture.Key SkillsBusiness Development,Cement Plant,Business Support,Data Analysis,ASPEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
