What You´ll Do: In this exciting, fast-paced role, you will become the face and voice of leading tech products: - Host live video product demonstrations that educate, engage, and inspire- Drive sales growth through meaningful product conversations- Deliver exceptional customer serviceanswer questions with confidence and clarity- Become a true product expert and stay up to date on new features- Support merchandising activities, inventory checks, and reporting- Create scripts, training content, and handle light translation tasks- Collaborate on video production projects (occasionally outside standard hours) What You Bring: You´re a people person with a passion for tech and an enthusiasm that shines through the screen. To thrive here, youll need: - Proficient/Bilingual Dutch + advanced English - Experience in customer service and/or sales- A genuine passion for technology and innovation- A friendly, energetic, and engaging personality- Confidence presenting in a training or sales setting- Comfort being on camera and communicating clearly- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: We want you to feel supported, valued, and set up for success: - Permanent contract 39 hrs/week - MonFri, 9:0018:00- Salary: gross/year + annual bonus - Private medical insurance - Friendly, modern office in beautiful Barcelona - Fully paid training on the company and your project- Growth opportunities, language classes, professional development programs Ready to Shine on Screen?
