Lead SAP BW / 4HANA Consultant EPAM is shaping the digital future for Fortune 1000 companies, building complex solutions using modern technologies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Finance Reporting specialist who is passionate about designing with us the next generation of our Finance landscape based on the SAP BW / 4HANA suite. Help us create a robust system, process, and data foundation in CFO, which will not only increase efficiency and flexibility but also be the analytical basis for an insight-generating Finance function. You will join a dynamic and experienced team of other dedicated and passionate finance specialists and co‑create and further develop our Management Information System (MIS) and our Financial Data Store (FDS) together with inspiring colleagues from our CFO business unit in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a hybrid role based in Madrids city center (3 days per week office presence), ideal for those eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact in private banking technology. Join EPAM and contribute to shaping the future of financial services in Spain Responsibilities Understand the overall requirements and solution design across multiple workstreams, and help us break this down into work packages Lead the implementation of these work packages and partially implement them yourself Analyze the existing data and reporting flows and improve the future setup Model BW / 4HANA objects, such as ADSOs, transformations, etc Create SAP HANA calculation views (including SQL-based ones) Design ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) views Develop ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDPs) with table functions Requirements Good understanding and demonstrable experience (5+ years) in SAP BW / 4HANA Masters degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable field of study Ability to manage the entire development lifecycle (including testing and documentation) Good understanding of the Finance Data Model in Banking Independent, resilient and team player with excellent problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility Good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level) Nice to have Wealth Management / Banking and Finance Knowhow Knowledge of SAP FSDM, SAP PaPM We offer Private health insurance EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan 100 paid sick leave Referral Program Professional certification Language courses #J-18808-Ljbffr
