Some details about your department ad-machina is an ad-tech software for the automation of advanced SEM campaigns.Through Natural Language Generation algorithms it transforms data from a business' product catalog into optimized keywords and text ads to maximize conversions. What we'd like you to do Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and automated test suites Lead efforts in end-to-end (E2E) automation, covering both frontend (React) and backend (Python) systems Proactively identify bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns during and post-development Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define clear and testable acceptance criteria. Ensure robust regression, integration, and performance testing is embedded in the SDLC Own and evolve our QA standards, tools, and documentation, advocating for quality-first delivery Mentor and upskill junior QA engineers in both technical practices and quality mindset Work closely with DevOps and Engineering to ensure effective CI/CD pipeline integration for QA automation   What we'd like you to bring Must-Haves Several years of QA experience, with proficiency in test automation Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright) Solid coding skills in Python, able to build and maintain custom automated tests autonomously Comfortable testing React-based frontends and Python backends Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, E2E, and performance testing Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues across layers Excellent communication and documentation skills A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams Proficient with Git for version control and demonstrated experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and lead comprehensive testing efforts Proven ability to design strategic test approaches with a strong emphasis on automation, incorporating manual techniques where appropriate Nice to Have Experience with MarTech platforms or enterprise-grade SaaS products Experience leading QA processes in agile product teams Ability to continuously evaluate and enhance QA strategies, methodologies, and tooling to optimise efficiency and effectiveness Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment and collaborate effectively with global teams A passion for learning and a strong interest in applying AI in testing   Perks of joining us We give you complete stability with an indefinite job contract.
