Grow With Us – Senior .Net Developer for Danish Tech Hub in Madrid Join us at INDEKO CONTRACT S.L. as a Senior .Net Developer in our Danish Tech Hub based in Madrid. Overview Mjølner Informatics opened its first international office in Madrid two years ago. We are now expanding the team with highly motivated .NET Developers who will work on project‑based assignments, helping to develop holistic software solutions from idea to final digital product. Regardless of the assignment type, you will be an essential part of building the business, boosting solutions that make a difference for both clients and end users. As a .NET Developer at Mjølner Informatics in Madrid, you will typically join a number of projects for Danish and international clients, collaborating with Danish and Spanish teams that include developers, UX consultants, project managers, and designers. Projects vary in scope, duration, industries, and technologies, but presently we focus on .NET projects. You will manage your own day‑to‑day activities with freedom and responsibility, participate in professional guilds (Frontend, Backend, Architecture, IT Security) to grow your knowledge, and contribute to architecture discussions. Responsibilities Create and maintain high‑quality .NET code for client projects. Participate in architecture discussions and design solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, UX, and PMs. Engage in professional guilds to share knowledge and strengthen skills. Ensure effective communication with Danish and Spanish stakeholders, requiring high proficiency in English. Attend meetings in Denmark as required to meet colleagues and align with company culture. Occasional onsite customer meetings and remote work from our office in the Golden Mile area. Qualifications University degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a .NET Developer. Experience with Azure DevOps, Microservices, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, and/or CI/CD is a plus. Curious mindset and willingness to learn and develop skills collaboratively. Very high English proficiency, comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with diverse stakeholders. Experience working across teams and participating in tech meet‑ups is beneficial.
