At DXC Spain we are looking for a Consulting Industry Lead to join our great team of Consulting to drive our consulting strategy, positioning, and business development across key industries in Spain — fueling our growth and shaping our market presence. Requirements A strategic and visionary professional with a solid consulting background, able to connect business needs with technology‑driven solutions — and to inspire teams and clients alike. You bring Proven experience in management, business, or technology consulting A strong track record in developing and closing complex consulting engagements Exceptional leadership and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams A strategic mindset, business acumen, and results orientation A deep understanding of how strategy, functional transformation, and technology combine to create value High level of Spanish and English We also value In‑depth knowledge of industry‑specific processes, ecosystems, and market dynamics Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field MBA or Master’s in Strategy, IT Management, or Digital Transformation (preferred) Experience working in multinational or global consulting environments Tasks You will be responsible for designing and executing the consulting value proposition for each industry, connecting client challenges with integrated solutions that blend strategy, business transformation, and technology, positioning DXC as the go‑to consulting partner for leading organizations seeking to accelerate their digital and strategic transformation. Define and lead the consulting strategy for your industry, identifying trends, opportunities, and differentiation levers Drive business development, from pipeline creation to deal shaping, proposal leadership, and contract closure Build strategic relationships with C‑level executives, becoming a trusted advisor and partner for growth Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, bringing together strategy, functional, and technology experts to deliver end‑to‑end solutions Represent the brand in the market, participating in industry forums, events, and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce our market positioning What will you find at DXC?
