In addition, Open Tech provides advanced solutions such as the integration of the Apple ecosystem in corporate environments and the management of Microsoft tools, including licensing, configuration, and support for platforms such as Microsoft 365 and cloud services.Role Description~5 years of experience~ Hands-on maintenance and support of Windows and Mac computers .~ Management of Active Directory and administration of users and permissions.~ Administration of all types of printers , including Zebra and ink-based models .~ Creation and management of Microsoft 365 accounts .~ Integration and onboarding of devices for new users.~ Configuration of computers using Intune~ Management of VLANs and Cisco network infrastructure .~ Troubleshooting and daily technical support to ensure smooth IT operations.~ Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn , contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of the team and company.QualificationsHigher education degree in Network Administration , or a university degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields .Additional certifications are a plus, such as Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, or other IT-related certifications .Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration, networking, and technical support.Excellent command of English , both written and spoken.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.~ Proactive attitude and eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and solutions.
