We are looking for a full-time HR & Administration Chief, for our construction project in Zaragoza the following qualifications to join our dynamic team. As and experience we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in project or site administration (preferably in construction). Strong organizational and multifunctional skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Located in Zaragoza. Job Description: Manage general administrative operations and documentation at the project site, Ensure smooth execution of relocation processes for employees, including accommodation, travel and car rental arrangements. Handle immigration procedures (with consultant company and central HR team) ensuring all necessary documents and residence/work permits are tracked and updated. Maintain regular communication and cooperation with central HR for onboarding, contracts and personnel processes. Maintain smooth interaction and workflow between site management, subcontractors and office administration. Prepare reports, correspondence and maintain accurate records related to site operations. Support overall project office functions and contribute to process efficiency. Facilitating and improving collaboration with external stakeholders as needed.
