About the Role As a Tax Manager you’ll play a crucial role in our finance team reporting directly to the Finance Director. Your responsibilities will include a variety of finance‑related tasks such as preparing financial records, integrating Joint Ventures when needed, computing taxes and preparing tax returns. Key Responsibilities Timely Preparation : Ensure local statutory accounts and tax returns are prepared on time. JV Integration : Integrate Joint Ventures into Oracle and present detailed reports on the company’s JV situation to senior management. Tax Returns : Prepare federal, state, local and international tax returns. Tax Strategies : Develop strategies to optimize tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax laws. Financial Analysis : Analyze and review financial data to identify tax savings and opportunities. Research : Conduct research on tax laws and regulations and stay updated on changes and developments. Collaboration : Work with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits. Advisory Role : Maintain relationships with external advisors and advise managers on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities.
