SEO Content Writer – US (Fully Remote) Join Metricool as an SEO Content Writer. You will help marketing teams create great content for social media managers with creative freedom and strategy. Remote role in an international, fast-growth company. Your mission is to create, iterate and uncover ideas for the English‑speaking market in North America. Responsibilities Develop and implement impactful off‑page and on‑page SEO content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and optimized header tags. Research keywords, competitor content, and industry trends to optimize existing content and uncover new content opportunities. Optimize web page and website content, rewriting outdated material where necessary. Analyze data and recommend strategies based on performance and goals. Write clear, error‑free content that reflects the company’s voice. Create search‑engine‑optimized content for your team and company. Interpret creative direction and technical information, turning them into persuasive copy concepts. Work closely with the team to understand objectives and solve problems. Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of materials. First days and timeline First month – Learn about the team, the industry, and processes; meet all contributors. First quarter – Work autonomously, start sharing new ideas, and collaborate with the growth team on Reddit strategy. Long term – Become an active team member, align strategies with company goals, and continuously deliver impact. Job Requirements 4+ years as a Content Writer, preferably in marketing or social media, with expertise in excellent practices aligned with company objectives. Active Reddit user; experience with SEO on Reddit is helpful. Technical knowledge of Search Console, Semrush, KeywordTool.io, analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, CSS, and ChatGPT is a plus. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across the organization. Problem‑solving skills, self‑leadership, and proactivity. Self‑starter with autonomy and initiative to identify new opportunities. Proven excellence in writing and communication.
