This environment allows for faster learning, deeper involvement, and rapid career growth for those who thrive on responsibility and results.Role OverviewAs our E‑Commerce Manager, you’ll own the entire B2C performance of S‑Vibe. From managing our online store to leading growth initiatives across paid, CRM, and retention channels, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the D2C experience delivers both revenue and brand impact.This is a highly autonomous role: you’ll coordinate with agencies or freelancers when needed but remain the single point of accountability for the e‑commerce channel’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management & OperationsOversee daily operations of the S‑Vibe online store (Shopify or equivalent)Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experienceMaintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelinesMonitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIsWebsite Optimization & ConversionImprove conversion rates through UX, content, and CRO experimentsManage seasonal promotions, offers, and product launches on the siteEnsure consistent brand presentation and strong visual storytelling across all pagesMarketing & GrowthManage or coordinate performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with agencies or directlyDevelop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty)Track and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention metricsSupport influencer and content marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth integration with the storeCollaboration & StrategyWork closely with the creative and content teams to align product storytelling and visualsManage freelancers or agencies for specialized tasks (ads, SEO, CRO)Report directly to management on KPIs, performance, and growth opportunitiesRequirementsExperience: At least 2 years in e‑commerce or performance marketing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods, beauty, or wellness.Language: Fluent English (C1 or above); Spanish is a plus.Technical Skills:Shopify (or similar CMS)Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google AdsKlaviyo or equivalent CRM systemSEO fundamentals and conversion optimizationSoft Skills:Hands‑on, proactive, and highly accountableData‑driven with strong commercial instinctStrong project management and organization skillsThrives in a high‑performance environment and takes ownership of resultsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (€3,000/month gross) + performance bonuses based on KPIsFull‑time, on‑site role at our Valencia headquartersDynamic, international, and fast‑paced work environmentOpportunity to take full ownership of a globally recognized brand’s e‑commerce channelFast learning curve and accelerated career growth within an ambitious, design‑driven company shaping the future of sexual wellness#J-18808-Ljbffr
