The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.Responsibilities:Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teamsCompany evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online toolsCompany qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisitionBe on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospectingUnderstand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needsResponsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly targetProvide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable formatRequirementsLanguage Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English2 years of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the Benelux marketBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAdvanced spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, basic macros, and task automationSolid strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends, with good knowledge of the Israeli SMB sectorStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident working with reports, databases, and CRM platformsWell-organized and capable of handling pressure in a dynamic team settingGood time management and prioritization; able to manage multiple tasks while staying focusedDemonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results with limited guidanceStrong familiarity with CRM tools and managing customer relationships effectivelyExperience using AI tools in daily tasks and interpreting insights for outreachComfortable working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing to team targetsSelf-motivated and proactive, with a competitive and confident mindset.
