The Explore tribe drives the experiences that help players find what they love – from our homepage and navigation to search and discovery systems. The mission & problem you’ll solve Our mission in the Explore tribe is deliver seamless, personalized, and consistent core experiences (eg homepage, search) for our customers, and make it easy for all teams to do the same. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the effort of unifying our Search and Discovery experiences, consolidating fragmented implementations, and driving programs that make our entry points reliable, scalable, and delightful. What You’ll Do Drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs within Explore – from search unification and navigation redesign to the rollout of cross-surface discovery capabilities. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment between verticals (Sports, Casino, Supersocial) and shared platform initiatives. Own program execution frameworks – planning, dependency mapping, delivery milestones, and risk management across squads and tribes. Ensure the right technical decisions and architecture trade-offs are made to scale unified search, improve uptime, and simplify experimentation. Build visibility and accountability through clear metrics and communication – ensuring leadership and partner teams have clarity on progress and impact. Contribute to shaping the Explore operating model, helping define how the homepage, navigation, and search evolve together as part of a cohesive player journey. Are comfortable leading cross‑functional programs with multiple engineering teams and high technical complexity. Can translate ambiguous product problems into structured execution plans with measurable outcomes. Have a bias for clarity, pragmatism, and data‑driven decisions.
