THE ROLE The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) defines and executes ALOHAS’ global technology strategy to enable scalable, secure, and high‑performing systems across all sales channels and operations. The role covers Data, Digital Platforms (Shopify & B2B), ERP, Infrastructure, and IT, ensuring full alignment with ALOHAS’ omnichannel model—retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale—and the company’s cross‑border, multi‑entity operations. The CTO transforms technology into a core strategic asset, supporting growth across multiple markets and business models while maintaining efficiency, data integrity, and global compliance. YOUR CHALLENGE Technology Strategy & Architecture Define and implement the company’s global technology roadmap across all systems. Partner with the CEO, COO, and PMO to align technology initiatives with business growth and scalability goals. Own end‑to‑end data infrastructure, including extraction, transformation, and orchestration (BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, Python, Cloud Functions). Ensure reliable and centralized data serving all channels—B2C, B2B, and Retail. Oversee the analytics layer, dashboards, and data delivery for decision‑making. Guarantee compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and robust data access controls. Promote a culture of performance tracking and data‑driven decision‑making across all functions. Data & Analytics Platform Digital Product & Omnichannel Platforms ERP, Cross‑Company Operations & Finance Systems Infrastructure, IT & Security 8+ years in technology leadership, preferably as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar ~ Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, ERP (preferably Odoo), and B2B digital platforms ~ Expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), data architecture, and modern ETL tools ~ Proven success leading diverse, high‑performing teams and external tech partners ~ Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance best practices ~ Fluent in English and Spanish A system-oriented, pragmatic, analytical mindset with global perspective and sleeves‑rolled‑up attitude. The ability to balance innovation with operational rigor—favoring simplicity, resilience, and good documentation.
