Portfolio Analyst (French Speaking) role at ChubbJoin to apply for the Portfolio Analyst (French Speaking) role at ChubbThe role is to support the underwriting teams in analyzing the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and lower middle market portfolio allowing the teams to focus on production and underwriting.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the small commercial and lower middle market portfolio.Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.Analyze the policy wordings in detail to define the policy structure including endorsement and exclusion and any additional details available to track policy wording set up.Upload the information collected and generate the policy documents in the systems and send them to brokers.Proactively engage with other departments, local teams, and brokers to resolve issues related to the portfolio review work.Build good working relationships with local underwriting teams in country and ensure that local underwriting management are regularly communicated with and kept updated on the status of portfolio review and any issues related.Assist in the processing of portfolio review.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery to ensure that it meets desired standards and agreements.Multi-task and prioritize: adapt to changing environments, accurately prioritize tasks, and track details.Diagnose problems, determine solutions, and implement effective resolutions.Work within the framework of our ethical and service standards.Carry out any other ad hoc duties allocated by the Business Operations Manager or Project Manager.QualificationsProficiency in French (C1-C2) is essential.Proficiency in English (C1-C2) is essential.Previous experience as a portfolio analyst or working in an insurance company is essential.Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver and improve quality.Strong customer service skills and a customer‑centric attitude.Problem resolution and decision‑making skills, including troubleshooting and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.Adapt to rapidly changing events and environments while accurately judging priorities and keeping track of details.Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative, demonstrating multi‑tasking and prioritization.What We Offer In Return12 months of fixed‑term contract32 days of vacation a year2 days working from home option + additional flexible daysWorking from home allowanceEntry time flexibilityLife and accident insuranceMeal allowancePension planFlexible compensation schemeWellhubComprehensive Learning & Development offerIntegrity.
