About the Role At Fever, we combine strategy, creativity, and advanced technology to redefine organic search. By partnering with world‑class Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams, we leverage cutting‑edge tools and data‑driven insights to deliver performance and measurable impact across major search engines. Responsibilities Craft and implement SEO strategies tailored to business needs and objectives. Assess competitors’ strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses, enabling innovative approaches. Dive into technical SEO aspects: site structure, architecture, WPO, structured data, crawl budget optimization, backlink profile, log analysis, etc. Drive content SEO by conducting keyword research to uncover new business and content opportunities, analyzing and optimizing user intent with a focus on growth. Monitor organic performance, benchmark against competitors, and stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes. Provide international SEO approaches, showcasing adaptability and cross‑cultural competence. Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies. Qualifications Proven SEO experience, at least 6 years in the field. Based in Madrid or willing to relocate. Proactive, independent, with strong self‑management, problem‑solving, and resourcefulness. Data‑driven mindset with a clear understanding of analytics and metrics, comfortable making data‑driven recommendations. Up‑to‑date knowledge of current SEO practices. Proficient with common SEO tools. Strong technical skills in crawling, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs, automation, etc. Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets. Excellent written and oral English communication. Ability to work well in a team and take personal ownership.
