Partnership Analyst

**Purpose of the Role**Your mission will be to support the **Partnership Department** in:* Driving **business development** initiatives across **Bancassurance** and **Assurbanking** channels.* Collaborating with the **Product Development & Management (PDM)** team to create new **customer value propositions** and enhance existing products.* Performing **business analysis**, **reporting**, and **performance tracking**.* Monitoring **risk** and **service quality** within the channel.* Promoting **banking product initiatives** through our **Sales Force (TA)** channel.* Coordinating **strategic projects** with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.**Key Responsibilities****Business Development & Partner Relations*** Work closely with **partners** to strengthen existing relationships and identify **new business opportunities**.* Lead **reporting activities** for Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels, both locally and at **Head Office** level.**Product Development & Service Quality*** Collaborate with **NN’s PDM team and partners** to develop new **CVPs** and improve current offerings.* Conduct **market analysis**, define new **coverages and services**, and manage relationships with **suppliers and third parties**.* Ensure **high service quality** through **SLA monitoring** and performance reviews.**Sales Enablement & Commercialization*** Support the **Sales Force (TA)** in the **commercialization of banking products** offered by our partners.* Facilitate alignment between **sales teams** and **partner objectives**.**What you will bring...*** **University degree** in **Business Administration, Economics**, or a related field.* **At least 8 years of experience** in business development, partnerships, or financial services.* Proven track record in **project leadership** and **stakeholder coordination**.* **Fluent in English*** **Excel, Word, PPT and PowerBi medium-advanced level*** Strong **commercial awareness**, with a solid understanding of **banking and insurance markets**.* Ability to work across disciplines with a **strategic mindset** and **analytical rigor**.As part of our Employee Experience, we offer you a range of **competitive benefits** that are available to you in order to improve the physical, mental, and professional wellbeing of our workers.
