Let’s goYour mission:As Product Manager - Trading, you will be responsible for optimizing our advanced trading platform and defining its vision, creating a seamless, feature-rich trading experience for advanced users. At the same time, you will work on the refinement of the core trading flows of Bitpanda, balancing powerful, complex trading tools and products with simple, accessible flows, enabling users of all levels and knowledge to trade confidently. You’ll partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure verification flows align with global and regional regulatory requirements, prioritising ruthlessly to focus the team on delivering value. You will also get the chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders from our expansion teams to achieve business objectives.What you'll do:Define and execute the product strategy for Bitpanda’s advanced trading interface, ensuring a high-performance and intuitive experience tailored to skilled tradersStreamline the core trading journey for all users, reducing friction and improving accessibility without compromising functionalityExperiment constantly, analysing both qualitative and quantitative data, iterating to drive conversion through our core activation flowsWork closely with and build a shared understanding with engineering and UX to deliver great outcomesLead initiatives from idea to implementation and be responsible for the whole product lifecycle to meet short-, medium- and longer-term commercial and business objectivesWho you are:3+ years of experience in a Product Management role within crypto, fintech, or trading platformsYou’re comfortable with concepts like spot, margin trading, staking, on-chain transactions and wallets, and you understand how retail and pro traders actually use trading platformsDeep understanding of trading mechanics, market structures, order execution, trading APIs and risk management tools. Experience designing advanced trading interfaces, ensuring a balance between powerful features and ease of useStrong analytical mindset, able to use trading metrics, behavioral insights, and user feedback to inform decisions. Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning engineering, UX, Compliance and external providers teams to deliver high-impact solutionsExperience with large-scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications, particularly in financial services, trading, or cryptocurrencies.
