Be warned, this is a very hands‑on role.What you’ll be doingProviding compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statementsActing as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teamsSteering retail products through the complex regulatory landscapeEnsuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curveIdentifying potential compliance risks in our retail offeringsCreating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challengesCollaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy cutting‑edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growthEmpowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation processServing as the go‑to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in auditsWhat you’ll needA minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory complianceExperience in a top‑tier
