This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.Key Responsibilities Develop the Conceptual EngineeringReview the Basic and the Detailed EngineeringDevelop specifications for preliminary studies, purchase specifications for main equipment, and specifications for professional service contracts in new projectsProvide technical support in the permitting, commissioning and start-up of new projectsLeverage Best Practices and Lessons Learned among different regionsEducation and Certifications Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or energy EngineeringFluent in English (C1)Experience and Technical Skills Minimum of 10 years of experience developing or reviewing detailed engineering for projects in the US, including engineering, permitting, and commissioning of PV plants, BESS systems, transmission lines, substations, thermal power plants, or process plants, either as a contractor or as Owner’s EngineerKey Competencies Strong autonomy, initiative, organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to work in a team, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilitiesWe believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
