This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality, enabling actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision‑making through the Sievo analytics platform.Main ResponsibilitiesData Governance & QualityDefine and implement data standards, ownership models, and quality scorecards.Lead remediation plans to ensure data accuracy (≥98%) and completeness (≥95%).Master Data ManagementManage vendor, item, and contract taxonomies.Oversee deduplication and enrichment processes in collaboration with GBS/MDM teams.Analytics & InsightsDrive building and maintaining KPI dashboards (e.g., savings, cycle time, compliance, SRM).Support development of scenario and predictive models to support strategic procurement decisions.Controls & ComplianceEnsure data lineage and audit readiness.Support compliance reporting and control frameworks.Enablement & TrainingDrive data literacy across procurement teams and Sievo adoption.Promote self‑service BI capabilities using Sievo and other tools.About YouExperience & BackgroundExperience in procurement data management, analytics, or related roles.Experience with Sievo or similar procurement analytics platforms.Familiarity with S2P – end‑to‑end procurement processes and operations.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Excel & Power BI for data analysis and visualization.Experience with data quality frameworks, data validation rules, and KPI dashboarding.Hands‑on exposure to SAP procurement and finance data structures.Understanding of SAP Master Data Management concepts.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and storytelling skills.Strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams.Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.Certifications in BI tools, data analytics, or procurement systems are a plus.Why us?At Opella, you will enjoy challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
