What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team's capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies

Focus on 10 Lakh+ towns for Urban GTM, including outlet and frequency strategies. For Rural GTM, select Town Classes and determine visit frequencies. Decide manpower levels for both Urban and Rural areas. Manage channels and programs, develop program structures for wholesale, superstores, and chemists, and oversee visibility implementation. Own the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives. Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage databases of programs, outlets, and beats. Meet sales targets and improve distribution parameters.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG general trade roles, including regional SDTM positions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
