Helmsman Club the fastest-growing nautical company in Ibiza is expanding its team. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations. This is a unique, year-round opportunity to grow within one of the most innovative and premium brands in the nautical industry a startup environment that combines the spirit of a family, the ambition of a scale-up, and the excellence of a luxury service company. Your mission: You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care. Key responsibilities: Full administrative management: invoices, contracts, client registrations, and reports Charter coordination: check-ins, check-outs, and client documentation Office management: logistics, suppliers, and inventory Financial follow-up: Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.) Client communication: email, phone, and front-desk coordination We’re looking for someone who: Is highly organized, structured, and reliable Has strong communication and administrative skills Feels at home in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus) Is motivated to grow with us long term What we offer: A full-time, all-year position in Marina Santa Eulalia A dynamic, young, and international team that feels like family The chance to join one of the most exciting and fast-growing companies in the Mediterranean’s premium nautical sector If you’re ready to join an ambitious team redefining the future of boating, send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
