Country Manager - Spain. Recruitment Leadership role Competitive Salary Remote with opportunity to build a team Russell Tobin is a Global Recruitment and Talent Solutions business supporting clients in 13 countries across a variety of sectors, including and not limited to, Financial Services, Technology, Science, Pharmaceutical, Engineering. The Country Manager for Spain will play an integral role in business development, furthering the expansion of Russell Tobin and Pride Global across Spain, and beyond. This is a player/coach role; you will be leading a team of recruiters to get in the weeds with recruiting, as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery and operations locally. Reporting to the Senior Director of Europe, this role offers an unrivalled opportunity for career growth and development across a global corporate network, whilst having the opportunity to expand the Russell Tobin brand into the Spanish market and further support our growth into Portugal. The Opportunity Lead the sales and recruiting operations for Russell Tobin in the Spain market Develop new business development opportunities and leverage existing global client relationships to build the Spain business Oversee an effective recruitment delivery function in Spain Develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring each candidate has a high touch and positive experience Consult effectively with clients to provide innovative talent solutions Lead from the front, to build a winning team to succeed in the Spain market Your Qualifications 6+ years’ experience within professional / IT recruitment, ideally with experience in contract / temporary recruitment Demonstrable track record of success in winning new business, developing client relationships and exceeding recruiting goals in the Spanish market Working knowledge of Spanish employment law Experience of managing contingent workers in Spain, in a compliant and world class fashion Experience directly managing, and building, a team Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience working with senior stakeholders Ideal applicants will have a track record of success partnering with MSPs and working on high volume, fast paced client accounts.
