German Freelance Quality & Team ManagerRemote across Europe | FreelanceAre you looking for a flexible business model , a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment? For an international project, we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.In this role, you will be responsible for the service quality and professional development of up to 25 freelance customer advisors , providing guidance, coaching and operational leadership.Your responsibilitiesConduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areasEnsure consistently high service quality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertiseAnalyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes)Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologiesMotivate and guide a fully remote team , promoting high quality standardsAct as the first operational point of contact for the teamIdentify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations ManagerWhat is offeredFreelance collaboration , fully remote across Europe (you can work between 10-90 hours per week, you decide how many).Responsibility and autonomy from day oneA varied and challenging role with real impact on project successHigh level of freedom and opportunity to actively contribute to growthInternational, collaborative and performance-driven environmentInvolvement in projects related to Future of Work, sustainability and modern work modelsRequirementsCompleted professional training and experience as a Team Leader, Coach or Quality Manager in customer serviceProven experience in leading and motivating remote teamsFluent German and English (written and spoken)Strong communication and coaching skills, with a constructive and development-focused approachHigh quality standards, structured working style and strong attention to detailConfidence working in cross-functional and intercultural environmentsProfessional, self-assured attitude with a collaborative mindsetIf you are interested in a remote freelance role with responsibility, autonomy and long-term perspective, feel free to contact me for more information.Marco VelenosiEmail: Phone / WhatsApp: #J-18808-Ljbffr
