Only a great environment for you to achieve your best workYour profile5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and CRO.Essential: Noted experience with marketing analytics and measurement- BigQuery and or SQL knowledge preferredExtensive experience managing complex multi‑market and multi‑language campaigns.Solid experience with execution, running and optimising campaigns, and being laser‑focused on hitting KPIs.Experience with business models involving long and complex conversion journeys with multiple levels of qualification and KPIs.Organised and structured, with the ability to react quickly to business change.Extensive paid search and social experience across ad platforms Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, YouTube is a requirement, with programmatic media experience across display and video a nice to have.
