Engineering Manager – SDET

OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager - SDET to lead and mentor our Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) team. This role is crucial for scaling our engineering quality and ensuring a seamless high-performance product delivery pipeline. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who is passionate about quality culture, test automation and driving continuous process improvement across the entire engineering organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & CultureEvangelize a Quality‑Focused Culture: Champion and drive a "Quality is everyone's responsibility" mindset across all engineering teams, influencing developers to adopt robust testing and quality practices early and throughout the development lifecycle.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, manage and mentor a team of high‑performing SDETs.
