We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET) who will strengthen our R&D team and take ownership of developing the automation framework, building tools for testing gaming mathematical models, and ensuring high quality of gaming products. The role combines engineering autonomy, working with the game math core, and deep technical expertise in automation.Primary Goal of the RoleBuilding and developing a comprehensive automation infrastructure: API/UI automated tests, tools for simulating game events, math model validation, and integration of automated tests into the release CI/CD pipeline.Responsibilities1. Automation & FrameworkDevelopment and enhancement of the automation framework (Python + Pytest or Java + RestAssured/TestNG).Automation of API tests and game scenarios.Covering analytical and mathematical documentation with automated tests.2. Math / Gaming ValidationVerification and validation of mathematical parameters: RTP, volatility, hit rate.Analysis and simulation of game features: free spins, bonus buy, jackpots.Working with RNG and gaming probability models.3. Tools & InfrastructureDevelopment of tools: spin simulators, data generators, math model validators.Configuration and support of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).Integration of automated tests into the release pipeline.4. Quality & ReliabilityPerforming load testing of game servers.Conducting basic security testing.Analyzing logs, metrics, and simulation statistics.Mentoring Manual QA specialists in automation.Collaboration with developers, mathematicians, and analysts.Establishing best automation practices within the team.RequirementsExperience & Skills4+ years of test automation experience (ideally in iGaming or GameDev).Strong proficiency in Python (Pytest) or Java (RestAssured, TestNG).Experience working with CI/CD, Git, SQL, REST API.Practical understanding of game math models: RNG, RTP, volatility, math validation.Nice to HaveExperience developing tools/utility services.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservice architecture.Experience with load testing (Locust, JMeter).Soft SkillsAnalytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions.Mentorship and technical communication skills.LanguageEnglish — Upper Intermediate+ (team communication and documentation reading).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesGambling Facilities and CasinosBratislava, Slovakia#J-18808-Ljbffr
