Ferokill is an established European pest control group with strong operations in Belgium. We are now setting up a new operation in Spain, starting from zero, with full backing from our Belgian headquarters.We are looking for one senior, hands‑on professional to execute this setup locally.Role reality This role starts with no existing branch, no local team and no customers. The responsibility is to make the Spanish operation operational, compliant and commercially active.You will be the first operational hire in Spain and will work in close coordination with the Belgian team.What you will actually do Set up the Spanish operation from scratch, starting in MadridHandle local regulatory, licensing and compliance requirements for pest control activitiesFind, recruit and onboard the first technicianSearch for and secure a small office with limited storage spaceEstablish relationships with local suppliers and service partnersPersonally acquire the first customers and manage early client relationshipsWork hands‑on with the first technician to service initial customers, in order to fully understand and implement Ferokill’s operational standardsCoordinate daily with the Belgian headquarters (operations, planning, reporting)Oversee day‑to‑day operations until the local team growsEnsure quality, safety and compliance standards are followed from day oneThis is a hands‑on execution role. In the initial phase, you will personally drive sales, operations and compliance.
