We are seeking a Business Controller , who wishes to develop his/her professional career in an international, innovative and fast-paced environment , surrounded by a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team.
The position will be based in Tajonar (Pamplona, Navarra) , involving commuting to the different factories of the Group.
About the role:
The main responsibilities will involve:
- New Business controlling : Supporting decision-making in areas such as Sales and Operations (Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, Energy, etc.) in coordination with colleagues in the department (Corporate & Regional Controllers).
- Industrial controlling : Monitoring production costs and analyzing deviations.
- Profitability analysis : Conducting profitability analyses for the main business lines of the New Business division.
- Consolidated profitability and margin analysis : Providing consolidated analyses of profitability and margins for customers and products.
- Subsidiary support : Assisting various Group subsidiaries with incident resolution, defining global criteria, performing specific analyses, coordinating with local CFOs, and providing training, support, and oversight for plant controllers.
- Planning management : Overseeing annual budget processes, budget monitoring, forecasting, and integrating operational budgets across various functions (Purchasing, Sales, Production, etc.).
- Global transfer price monitoring : Managing global monitoring of transfer prices.
- Functional reporting & analysis : Conducting functional reporting and analytical studies, including a PowerBI dashboard of key management KPIs.

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in finance is a plus. Chartered Controller Analyst Certification is an advantage.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in consulting, auditing, or industrial controlling (preferably in international environments).
- Are proficient in Excel and have good knowledge of SAP FI/CO. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an asset.
- Possess strong financial knowledge, including corporate operations, taxation, balance sheet analysis, strategic and business planning, and annual audit processes.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach .
- Are a self-starter and fast learner who enjoys taking initiative .
- Demonstrate a high level of curiosity with a solutions-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Are able to see the big picture while identifying the crucial details that contribute to it.
- Are adaptable and agile, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and quickly re-prioritizing in response to internal or external changes.
- Value teamwork and promote a positive atmosphere , fostering synergies between colleagues and across work teams.
- Are not afraid to take risks and have strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required as we operate in a global environment .
