Overview Join to apply for the Lead Consultant role at ADPJob DescriptionAs a member of ADP’s GlobalView Project Services team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on their requirements, capturing the requirements into a blueprint and ultimately implementing these changes. The work is done in project mode, where the Lead Consultant works closely together with the responsible Project Manager.Responsibilities Analysis & ConsultationPerform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client’s requirementsDesign and document the client’s solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required according to ADP’s documentation guidelinesTake ownership of issues & gaps between client requirements and ADP GlobalView template and work with other GlobalView streams / areas to resolve themSolve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationIntegration & TestingLiaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Products, related news, and developments to the product and its competitorsPossess strong SAP payroll configuration skillsSupport clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test and Go-Live phasesEnsure achievement of estimated days as per the fixed price strategyEnsure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per the project scheduleEnsure timely handover to Client Services following ADP handover methodologyProduct Knowledge Possess HR and payroll knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver maximum value to ADP’s clientsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView template and ensure that the template is adhered toProject Planning / Management Activities Liaise with the ADP Project Manager (Consulting) assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage or problems that may occurProvide relevant coaching and knowledge sharing opportunities for other members of the project team and work closely with Implementation Consultant, off / near shore team; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsLiaise with other internal ADP departments such as Basis Team, Client Services, and Product Management to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of client serviceImpact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; work within broad guidelines and policiesExplain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensusKnowledge & Experience Required Configuration knowledge / consulting skills for SAP payroll and solid functional / blueprinting knowledgeExperience in one or more countries5+ years of proven SAP payroll consulting experienceFluent in EnglishTeamwork, collaboration to achieve group goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills; work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities, or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implicationsAbout ADP We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
