What you will do: Deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints; Build strong and lasting customer relationships; Keep up with evolving tools and technology; Handle sensitive customer data with care and security; Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices; Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet  KPI; Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays; Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.  What you need to succeed in this role: Native Finnish-speaker with C1-level English skills; At least 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services; Basic financial knowledge or
